Customer Service & Return policy:

All sales are final. We know you will want it that way too!  Most of our jewelry is custom made just for you, that's why we have you pay upfront for your protection. Your jewelry is being made to order just for you. Your upfront payment is a full deposit on your jewelry and once you pay for the jewelry there are no returns and you are committed to purchasing the jewelry. We definitely accept returns for damages. Please make sure it is the Gemstone or Silver Jewelry you want before you custom order. Remember, our Jewelry Designers made it exclusively for you. We know you will be more than pleased with your purchase.

If the jewelry is damaged in transit to you and you report it within 2 business days as being damaged, we can apply for the insurance to cover the loss, if the designer jewelry was insured.  and we will require the return to us of the damaged merchandise to show the insurance company. Be patient, claims on the insurance may take as much as 21 days to get resolved.  We are not responsible for any shipment lost or damage but will place the insurance claim for you!

Our Customer Service can address any concerns you may have. We answer our email regularly. Emailing us may get your concerns addressed just as fast as calling!

Please remember that as our jewelry is custom made for you, it may take 7-10 days to finish each piece before it is can be shipped to you.

Please be patient, the rewards of your custom jewelry will be well worth the wait!
